Flathead Camp Dates, Registration Fees and Cancellation Policy

The 2018 Yellowstone Conference Camps have a 3-tier registration fee. As you consider your family’s financial situation, please also consider the true cost of camp. You get to choose the tier that best fits your family’s ability to pay. Each camper receives the same high quality experience, regardless of the amount paid.

Tier 1: Tier 1 is the actual cost of camp and provides an additional $50 to help other campers register at a discounted rate.

Tier 2: Tier 2 is the actual cost of the camp.

Tier 3: Tier 3 is a discounted rate.

Tier 3 — $299

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registrations that are cancelled can be transferred to another camper at any time without any fees. If not transferred the appropriate refund policy below will be followed.

  • Cancellations up to 14 days prior to camp opening will be refunded the amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations between 4 – 14 days prior to camp opening will be refunded at 50% of the camper fee selected.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days prior to camp opening are not eligible for a refund but can be transferred to another camper.
